Allows you to get custom work done and know ahead of time if the investment amount is in your budget.

  1. When we begin our working relationship, you establish an “approval threshold.”  This is a level below which any work of that size is pre-approved.
  2. You submit a support request through our ticketing system.
  3. We evaluate the support request but do not begin work on it.  We determine the investment cost for the support request (e.g. $40, $189, etc.).
  4. We compare that amount with your “approval threshold.”
  5. If it’s at or below that amount then we begin work.
  6. If it’s above that amount we tell you the investment cost.
  7. In that case, you could approve, cancel, or adjust the support request.

Sorry, but we do not offer support to requests outside of our ticketing system.  E.g. phone, email, text, carrier pigeon, smoke signal, etc.  This is for your and our benefit and for the quality of the project.

Lock in pricing

Web marketing is a dynamic environment, and we adjust our published pricing or packages from time to time.

But you can lock in pricing for 30 days. Just build a quote request with services from our store and then submit it to us. If we do give you a quote, it's good for 30 days. There's no obligation and you can submit as many quote requests as you want.
